Terms & Conditions

We operate on a first come first served basis. Your deposit secures your order date and is non refundable. The remainder of your payment is required no later than 7 days before your collection date. Any cancellations after this date are non refundable as we have already made preparations for your order. All orders are to be paid in full by the date on your invoice.

Please treat your booked pickup time as you would an appointment, let me know if you are running late or need to reschedule your collection time.

As I am a sole baker I am unable to provide a delivery service. Please send a trusted person to collect your order. Orders are to be handled as advised; support the cake box from the bottom not the sides, keeping level as you place into your car. Store in an air conditioned vehicle in either the footwell or the boot with no loose objects and on a flat, level surface away from direct sunlight. Please exercise extreme caution driving to your destination as we cannot be liable for any damage once the cake leaves our premise.

All of our products are handmade and sometimes may turn out decorated slightly different to the picture on the menu. Please contact me directly if you would prefer your dessert decorated a particular way.

Keep your cake refrigerated until 1-2 hours before cutting. If leaving out for an event please be mindful warm weather and direct sunlight will melt your cake. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.  Best consumed within 3 days.
